Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled.

Deposit Policy

All training programs require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your seat.

  • Guard Card Training: $125 deposit

  • CRP Training: $75 deposit

Refunds

  • Deposits are non-refundable unless the class is canceled by Wagon Security Patrol.

  • If you have paid in full, you may receive a 50% refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the class start date.

  • No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations within 7 days of training.

Cancellations by Wagon Security Patrol

If we cancel or reschedule a class, you will receive a full refund or can transfer to a future session.

Please complete the payment process below to reserve your training seat.To reserve your training seat and appointment, please pay half (50%) of the total training fee as a deposit. The remaining balance is due on the first day of training.

Guard Card Training

  • Learn essential skills for professional security guard duties
  • Covers laws, ethics, and emergency procedures
  • Taught by certified instructors with real-world experience
  • Receive official Guard Card certification after completion

CRP Training

$ 150
($150 total | $75 deposit)
  • Hands-on CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation) instruction
  • Learn life-saving techniques for emergencies
  • Includes basic first aid and response training
  • Certificate provided upon successful completion

Renewal CRP/ GUARD card training
