Refund & Cancellation Policy

We understand that plans can change. This policy outlines how refunds and cancellations are handled.
Deposit Policy
All training programs require a 50% non-refundable deposit to reserve your seat.
Guard Card Training: $125 deposit
CRP Training: $75 deposit
Refunds
Deposits are non-refundable unless the class is canceled by Wagon Security Patrol.
If you have paid in full, you may receive a 50% refund if you cancel at least 7 days before the class start date.
No refunds will be issued for no-shows or cancellations within 7 days of training.
Cancellations by Wagon Security Patrol
If we cancel or reschedule a class, you will receive a full refund or can transfer to a future session.
